Revansiddheshwar Agro Producer Company Limited

Our company, Revansiddheshwar Agro Producer Company Limited, is based at House No 505 in Chincholikar Wasti. That’s in the South Solapur region. We are a group of neighbors and local farmers. We decided to register as a company to have a bit more weight when we talk to buyers. Before this, we were all just doing our own thing and getting pushed around by the market. Now we sit down together and decide how to handle the harvest. It’s mostly food crops that grow well in this climate. The soil in Chincholikar Wasti is familiar to us. We know which parts get too wet and which stay dry. We don't have a big corporate culture. Our meetings usually happen on someone’s porch or in the middle of a field. We talk about real things like the price of diesel and why the tractor is breaking down again. Being an agro producer company sounds formal, but it’s just us trying to stay afloat. We share our tools and our knowledge. If one of us figures out a better way to get rid of pests, we tell the others. We are just trying to make the most of what we have. It’s hard work, especially in the summer heat. But we’ve always been farmers, and we don’t know any other way to live. We just keep moving forward together through the long days.
