Sai Bhakti Farmers Producer Company Limited is based out of Gut No 51 in Kapuswadgaon. Kishor Annasaheb Asnegut helps manage things from there. We aren't a big company with a marketing department. We are just a bunch of people from the village who farm for a living. Most of us have been doing this since we were kids. Farming in Kapuswadgaon has its ups and downs. One year you have a great harvest, and the next year the pests take everything. We formed this group to help each other out with those problems. It's easier to buy things like seeds or tools when you do it as a group. We spend a lot of time talking under the trees or at the storage shed about what to plant next. We don't use fancy words to describe what we do. It is just digging, planting, and waiting. Sometimes we get frustrated with the market prices, so we try to find better ways to sell what we grow. Our office is just a simple room where we keep our records. It isn't much to look at, but it gets the job done. We want to make sure our kids can keep farming if they want to. It’s hard work, and your hands are always dirty. But it’s what we know. We just focus on the daily tasks and hope the weather stays fair for the next season. That's the main thing.
