Agro Plast

Our shop is situated near the Vitthalrao Shinde Sahakari Sakhar Karkhana. We are right on the Temburni Kurduwadi Road. It’s a very busy spot because of the sugar factory. During the crushing season, there are hundreds of tractors and trucks lined up, so it gets very noisy and crowded around here. We work with plastic products that are mostly used in farming and agriculture. Since we are right in the heart of a farming district, we see a lot of local farmers every day. They come in to see what we have and we usually end up talking about the weather or the sugar prices. The office is a simple structure with a lot of stock piled up in the back. It gets very dusty because of all the traffic on the main road. We don't bother with a lot of decorations. We just have what we need to do the job. The staff is mostly local guys from the nearby villages. We start early in the morning and stay until the sun goes down. Sometimes we share a meal together in the back. It’s not a corporate environment at all. We just sell plastic goods and try to be helpful to the people who stop by. The smell of the sugar factory is always in the air, which is something you just get used to after a week.
