Vasant Mala Agro Farmer Producer Company Limited is based out of Pandharpur. We are located at Gala No.11/2 in Shopping Center No.2 inside the Market Yard. It is a busy area especially when the harvests come in. You can hear the trucks and the auctions going on all day. Our office is just a small room in the center where we keep our books and a few chairs for when people stop by. It isn't a fancy place with a lot of decorations. We have a table that wobbles a bit and some old fans to keep the air moving during the hot months. Most of the time we are just sitting here talking to the local farmers about what they are growing and what the prices look like. We don't have a big staff or a corporate office. It is just a few of us trying to keep things organized for the producers in this part of the Tq area. The dust from the market yard gets everywhere so we are always cleaning the desks. We chose this spot because it is easy for everyone to find when they come to the yard to sell their goods. It is a practical setup for the work we do. We don't use any complicated systems, just simple record-keeping and a lot of face-to-face talk. It gets the job done for the people around here who know us.
