Varhadkrushi Samrudhhi Farmer Producer Company Limited

We operate out of House Number 95 in Warwand. It’s not a huge building, just a regular place where we can meet and keep our things. Warwand is where most of us live and work, so it made the most sense to set up here. We are a farmer producer company, which basically means we are just a bunch of local farmers who decided to pool our resources together. It’s a lot of work trying to coordinate everyone, and some days are definitely smoother than others. We don’t have a fancy website or a big marketing team. Most people know us just by word of mouth in the village. We talk about seeds, weather, and how to get a better price for what we grow. It’s a simple setup. Sometimes the house gets a bit crowded when everyone shows up at once to discuss things. We spend our time looking at what the fields need and trying to get supplies in bulk so it’s cheaper for everyone. It is tough to keep everything organized when you are also busy with your own farm, but we manage to get by. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to make sure the folks in Warwand have a way to work together that actually helps them. It is a practical way of doing things, even if it feels a bit slow at times.
