We’ve been in the food and agro business for a while, mostly focusing on what we can produce right here in the local area. Karandewadi is where our roots are. The facility isn't very big, but we make good use of the space we have. We do a lot of the processing ourselves. It's a lot of manual labor, cleaning and sorting and packing. Sangola can get really dry, so we have to be careful with how we manage everything. We aren't some big corporate factory. It's mostly just family and a few neighbors who come in to help when things get busy. We don't have a fancy website or a bunch of slogans. We just try to put out decent products that we’d be happy to use ourselves. The office is just a small room near the main entrance where we keep the records. Sometimes the trucks have a hard time with the turn into our property, but we’ve gotten used to it. We spend most of our time in the back where the actual work happens. It’s loud and it’s usually warm, but it’s what we know. We’ve lived in Udanwadi all our lives, so we care about how we do things here. Our property at 245/1 is always a bit cluttered with crates.
