We have been at House Number 693 in Laxmi Nagar for a while now. Sr Mane Farmer Producer Company Limited is mostly just a group of us from around Sangola working together on the land. It gets pretty busy here especially during harvest time. The office is right there in Laxmi Nagar, so it's easy for neighbors to drop by. We started this because we needed a way to manage things collectively. It isn’t a fancy setup. Some days the paperwork stacks up on the desk, but we prioritize what's happening in the fields over office chores. Folks know where to find us. We deal with whatever crops are in season. It’s a lot of physical work and staying on top of the weather. Sometimes things go smooth, other days we’re dealing with broken machinery or late rains. We just try to keep things moving. Dealing with the market can be a headache, but having the company helps us handle it together rather than alone. People around here in Laxmi Nagartal know the Mane family and how we operate. It's just local work. Nothing too complicated. We spend most of our time out back or checking on the different plots. If someone stops by the house, we usually have a bit of time to talk about the current yield. It’s just how we live and work here in this part of Sangola. We don't have much of a formal schedule, we just work until the job is finished.
