The group of us here at Smart Shivaparvati Woman Farmer Producer Company Limited is based out of Mohol. We are right on the Main Road, near the Panchayat Samiti godown. If you know the Shri Ganesh Loaksanchalit Sadhan Kendra, then you know exactly where we are. It is a busy spot, especially in the mornings when everyone is getting started. Being a women’s group, we have a lot of different perspectives on how to run things. We don't always agree on everything right away, but we talk it through until we find a way that works. The building isn't anything special, just a practical place to store things and meet up. We spend a lot of time looking at bags of grain or checking the paperwork that comes with running a producer company. It can be a bit overwhelming with all the rules, but we manage. The heat in this part of the country can be really something else, so we try to get the heavy lifting done early before it gets too hot. People walk by all the time on their way to the Panchayat office. Sometimes they stop in to say hello or ask what we are working on. We just tell them we are trying to keep things organized for the local farmers. It is hard work, and we go home tired, but that is just life here in 413213. We are just local women trying to do something useful together.
