Shwet Agro Producer Company Limited is based right here at House Number 67 in Maka. We operate out of Raghunath Revannath Pagire’s place, which keeps things simple for us. Newasa is a decent area to work from because we are close to the people we actually deal with every day. It is not a big corporate setup with a lot of suits and ties. Mostly, it is just a few of us sitting around a wooden table trying to figure out how to get the best for our crops. Some days are slow, and other days we can't seem to find enough hours to finish everything. We deal with agricultural produce and help the local farmers coordinate things a bit better. It started small and we have just kept going with it. The house can get a bit crowded when everyone shows up for a meeting, but that is just how it is in a small town like Maka. We do not have a receptionist or a big sign hanging outside. Usually, if you ask someone where the Pagire house is, they will point you the right way. We spend most of our time out in the fields or checking on the storage sheds. It is practical work. There is always something that needs fixing or someone who needs help with their harvest. We aren't trying to change the whole world, just making sure the work gets done right here. It feels good to be part of the community and help our neighbors out with their farming business.
