Shivnandan Farmers is located over at Sirsam Bk. We operate out of House No 83, which belongs to Vitthal Narayan Ingale. It's a regular house where we handle all our company business. Being a group of farmers, we spend more time in the dirt than in an office. We came together to help each other out with selling our produce and getting supplies. It’s a small operation, really. There are days when the living room is full of bags and people talking about prices. Sirsam is a quiet place mostly, and everyone knows everyone else. We don't have fancy signs or a big lobby. Just a place to sit and talk shop. My hands are usually stained from the fields, and most of us are the same way. We deal with whatever the season brings, whether it's grains or vegetables. Some years are better than others, depending on the monsoon. We don't use big words or have a marketing team at all. It’s just us farmers trying to get a fair shake. Vitthal’s house is where the decisions get made over tea. We've been doing this for a while now and it feels right to work as a group. If you're looking for us, just ask for the Ingale house in Sirsam. We’ll likely be around back or checking the storage. It's simple work but it keeps us busy from sunrise till late evening. That is how we spend our time here.
