Shisode Patil Farmer Producer Company

We are over in Dhakephal, which is in the Paithan area. You can find us at House No. 195, which is Ravindra Bhausaheb Shiside’s place. It is a regular house in a regular village. We call ourselves Shisode Patil Farmer Producer Company. It is basically just a group of us who decided to work together to handle our crops better. We do not have a big fancy sign outside. Most people just know where Ravindra lives. We spend a lot of time discussing the markets and how to get our stuff to the city. Paithan is a good place but it has its challenges. We deal with whatever comes our way. The office part of things is pretty simple. Just a desk and some notebooks. We are not experts in business, we are just experts in our own land. We grow things like bajra and cotton. Sometimes the prices are good, sometimes they are not. We just keep going. We do not have any big corporate goals. We just want to make a living and help our neighbors do the same. It is a very hands-on kind of job. There is always something to do, whether it is fixing a fence or filling out forms for the government. It is just our daily life here in Dhakephal. We are just local farmers doing what we know, and we do not expect things to be fancy or easy most of the time.
