Sgvt Patil Agrotech Producer Company Limited

This company, Sgvt Patil Agrotech, is run out of G.No. 174 in the village of Bhilpuri. It is the home of Annasaheb Ramrao Gaykwad. If you know the 431203 area well, you probably already know exactly where the house is. We are just a group of local people who decided it was time to work together more closely. It’s mostly about the farming work that goes on around Bhilpuri. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist or anything like that. We just have a sturdy table and some old chairs in a back room. We spend a good amount of our time discussing the weather and what the market prices are looking like for the week. It is tough work being a farmer out here, so we thought being a producer company would help us stay a bit more organized. Annasaheb is the one who keeps all the papers in order at the house. We have people coming in and out all through the day, mostly with dirt on their hands from working the fields. It is a very grounded way of doing our business. We don't use big words or have those long, boring meetings. We just decide what needs to be done for the next crop and then we go out and do it. The village is small enough that everyone is basically like family to us. We have seen plenty of good years and some really bad years here in Bhilpuri. Right now, we are just focusing on the current season.
