It isn't a big operation with glass windows or air conditioning. It’s mostly just us handling files and talking to other farmers about their yields. We spend a lot of time discussing the market and the weather. Some days are very busy, especially during the sowing season, and other days are a bit slower. We try to help out where we can. The house in Ganesh Nagar is where we keep the records and meet up. It feels more like a home than a business center. We aren't trying to be something we're not. We are just local people trying to make the most of the land we have. Sailu has been our home for a long time, and we understand the challenges of farming in this part of the country. If you walk down the street near Subhas’s house, you’ll probably see some of us working. We don't have a big marketing team. We just do the work and hope the crops come out well. That is the main thing for us. It is simple work but it keeps us busy.
