Satyagrahi Agro Farmer Producer Company Limited

Satyagrahi Agro Farmer Producer Company Limited is run out of Sunil Waman Sathe’s house, which is number 391 in Belad. We chose the name Satyagrahi because it means something to us, but we don't spend a lot of time talking about that. Mostly we are just busy with the day-to-day stuff that comes with running an agro company. Belad is a small place, so everyone knows where Sunil lives. Our office isn't much more than a room with some files and a computer that sometimes works and sometimes doesn't. We spend a lot of time talking to the farmers who come by. They bring their concerns and we try to figure out solutions together. It’s not always easy and there are plenty of arguments about the best way to do things, but we get there in the end. We don't have a big staff, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from the paperwork to loading trucks. It’s a bit messy sometimes, and the house can get crowded when everyone shows up at once. But it’s a good kind of busy. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to make sure the work in Belad keeps going and that people have what they need for their farms. We just take things as they come.
