Sangharshkrushi Vikas Mahila Producer Company Limited is located in Takali Shikandar, right near Anaya Hospital in Mohol. We are a group of women who decided to take matters into our own hands when it comes to farming and business. It’s not always easy for women to get their voices heard in this sector, but we are changing that slowly. Our office is at Sanjay Kuber Bedare’s place, and it’s a hub of activity. We talk about everything from seed quality to how we can get better prices at the market. Being in Mohol means we are used to hard work and sometimes harsh conditions. We support each other through the bad seasons and celebrate the good ones. It’s about more than just making money; it’s about making sure our families have a future. We don't have a lot of expensive equipment or a big staff. We do most of the work ourselves, from the heavy lifting in the fields to the accounting in the office. It’s a bit messy sometimes, and we are always learning something new. But we are proud of what we have built together. People in the village know us, and they see that we are serious about making this work. We just take it one day at a time and try to grow together as a community, even when the path ahead isn't always clear or easy for us.
