Salgem Farm Producer Company Limited

Our office is set up over at Plot No-82 B in Antrolikar Nagar, right off Hotagi Road. It’s a bit of a busy area but it works for what we need to do. A few of us came together to start Salgem Farm because we wanted a better way to handle our agricultural business in this part of Bhag-1. We aren't trying to do anything too big or flashy, just local farming stuff. Most of the time you’ll find us talking about the latest harvest or trying to figure out some logistics for the next season. It gets pretty hot here sometimes, so we try to get most of the heavy work done early. We don't use any fancy systems, just notebooks and some basic tools to keep track of everything. It’s a lot of work being a producer company, but having this spot in Antrolikar Nagar makes it easier for people to drop by. We’ve been here for a bit now and people are starting to get used to seeing us around. We deal with whatever the season brings, whether it’s good rain or not. It's just a bunch of us trying to keep the farm work going properly. Nothing more to it than that. We share the work and the responsibilities as they come up. It's a local thing for local people and we just take things as they come. It keeps us busy enough throughout the year.
