Ramsut Farmers Producer Company Limited

Our group is based out of Nandgaon Shivar in Malegaon. We use house number 1216 as our main point of contact. It’s a quiet area in Nashik where most people are busy with their land. Ramsut Farmers Producer Company Limited started because a few of us realized that doing everything alone was getting too difficult. We grow what we can and try to make sure it gets where it needs to go. Around here, the seasons dictate everything we do. You won't see any shiny offices or suits. We are usually in our work clothes, dealing with the tractors or the soil. Malegaon has a lot of history with farming, and we’re just trying to keep that going. It isn't always easy to manage a company while also being out in the sun all day, but we manage. We talk about the rain, the prices, and what needs to be planted next. That’s really the bulk of our life. Being a producer company means we can pool our resources, which helps when things get expensive. We focus on the daily tasks. If you come by House 1216, you’ll probably find someone drinking tea and talking about the harvest. It’s a basic operation run by people who actually live here and know the ground. We just want to get the work done and keep the farms running like they should. It might not look like much to an outsider, but it’s our living.
