Panewadi Farmer Producer Company Limited

Our group is based in Panewadi, which is a village in the Ghansavangi taluka. We use Shri Rushikesh Shrirang Dawale’s place as our main office. We’re a farmer producer company, so it’s really just us and our neighbors trying to get a better handle on things. Being in a place like Panewadi, you realize pretty quickly that working together is the only way to get ahead. We don't have a big corporate office or anything. It's mostly just a desk where we keep our records and a place to sit when we need to talk through the season’s plans. The village is quiet, but there's always something to do. Whether it's figuring out where to get seeds or how to transport the harvest, we're always busy. We don’t use any fancy business talk here. We just speak plainly about what needs to be done. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to wait to finish the computer work, but that’s just how it is. We aren't trying to be some massive company. We just want to make sure our families and the other farmers in the area can get a fair deal for their hard work. It's a simple life, focused on the land and the people around us.
