Down here in Harungul (Bk.), specifically at Mandar Wasti, is where you will find Panale Agro Producer Company Limited. It is being run out of Dyanoba Narsappa Panale’s place. We are a small group of farmers who decided it was time to work together instead of everyone doing their own thing separately. The village life is slow but the work in the fields is never-ending. We have been planting and harvesting for as long as we can remember. It is a lot of manual labor, and your hands get dirty every single day. We don't use big words or have fancy brochures. We just talk about the soil, the water, and the seeds. Sometimes the pests are a problem, and other times the heat is just too much. But we get through it. Our location is easy to find if you are in the area. We deal with whatever the local land gives us. It is about getting the crops from the field to the place where they can be sold. We are just a bunch of neighbors trying to make sure our families are taken care of. Farming is what we do, and this company is just our way of keeping things together. There is no secret to it, just showing up every morning and putting in the hours. We like it that way and plan to keep it going.
