Omsuryoday Mahila Farmer Producer Company Limited

Our group is called Omsuryoday Mahila Farmer Producer Company Limited. You can find us at Medshingi, which is along the Sangola Road. We operate out of Gate Number 751, care of Anil Ingawale. It’s a local setup for the women farmers in this part of the region. We do a lot of our meetings right there at the property. The Sangola Road can get pretty dusty and busy, but our spot is easy to spot once you get close to the gate. It isn't a corporate building with a lobby. It's more of a functional space where we handle the business of the farm collective. We spend our days talking about what the fields need and how to sell what we grow. Being a farmer producer company means we have to stick together. There’s always someone coming or going at the Ingawale place. We don't really do much in the way of advertising. Most people hear about us through word of mouth in Medshingi. It’s a simple way of working. We deal with real problems like weather and soil quality. It’s not always easy, but we have a good group of women involved. If you are driving down Sangola Road, you’ll pass right by us. We keep things pretty informal. No suits or ties here, just regular clothes for farm work. We try to stay organized with the paperwork, even if the office feels a bit crowded sometimes. It takes a lot of effort to keep everything moving, but we do it.
