Omkara Agro Producer Company Limited

Our office is located in Solapur, right in the N.P. Peth area. We are on the second floor of the Vidyasagar Apartment, in Flats 5 and 6. It’s an agro producer company, which means we work together with a lot of local farmers to get things done. Being in an apartment building makes it feel less like a big company and more like a community hub. We have a couple of rooms where we keep our files and meet up for coffee or tea. Solapur is a busy place, and we are right in the middle of it. We spend most of our time coordinating between different groups and making sure the harvest is handled right every season. It’s not always organized perfectly, but we make it through the busy months. We aren't into the corporate style of doing things with fancy meetings. We talk plainly and work hard. The stairs up to the second floor can be a bit much on those hot afternoons, but we don't mind it. It’s a practical space that works for us. Most of the people who come by are farmers or folks we've known for years. We just try to keep the business moving so everyone gets what they need at the end of the day. Omkara Agro is just our way of working together in this part of Solapur. It takes a lot of effort to keep things running, but we enjoy the local connection. We’ve been here for a while and don't plan on moving.
