We are located at 111Sawatgaon, in the Malshiras area of Solapur district. Nr Square Agrotech Farmers Producer Company Limited operates out of the home of Tolabai Raosaheb Nimbalkar. It’s a very local operation, rooted right here in our community. We are a bunch of farmers from the Solapur area who realized that we needed to work together if we wanted to get anywhere. The soil around here is what we know best, and we spend most of our time dealing with whatever crops are in season. Our office is a simple place, part of a residence, which keeps us close to the heart of what we do. We don't have any marketing experts or people to write fancy letters for us. We just speak our minds and work hard. Sometimes the weather in Malshiras is tough, and it makes our jobs a lot harder, but being part of this company gives us a bit of a safety net. We share our tools, our knowledge, and our struggles. It’s not a glamorous life, and there are many days where we are just tired and dusty from the work. But we keep going because we have to.
