Nature Grown Farmer Producer Company Limited is based right here at House No 88 in Havaldarwadi. We are part of the Kasarwadi post in the Paryanti area, which falls under Taluka Man. It’s a quiet, rural spot where most people know each other by their first names. We didn't want a fancy office in the city, so we just set up shop in this house. Most of the people involved are local farmers who are used to working the soil every day. We aren't here to use corporate language or big business terms. We just want to figure out how to get our produce to market without losing out to middle-men. It’s a tough life in the village, especially when the weather doesn't cooperate, but we make do. We spend our time talking about seeds, fertilizers, and which crops might do well this year. There’s no marketing department here, just us sitting around and making decisions for the group. We try to keep things as natural as possible because that’s what we know best. It’s a very hands-on way of doing things. If you ever find yourself in Taluka Man, you might see us out in the fields or at the house. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just the most helpful one for our local members. It's a slow process but we're getting there and it feels right.
