Nathbaba Hi-Tech Producer Company Limited

We are located in Rohilagad, which is part of the Ambad taluka. Our office is at Shahadev Lande’s place. Even though the name says Hi-Tech, we are pretty grounded in traditional farming. We try to use some newer methods when we can, but mostly it’s the same work our fathers did. We are a producer company, meaning we aggregate what the local farmers grow. It’s a lot of coordination and phone calls. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait to get anything done. We don't have a fancy corporate structure. It’s just a few of us trying to figure out the best way to sell our crops. The village is small, so everyone is involved in some way. We spend a lot of time at the center talking about soil health and pest control. It’s not always easy, but it’s better than working alone. We have a few machines that we share among the members. Sometimes they break and we have to wait for parts to come from the city. We aren't trying to be some big tech firm. We just want to use whatever tools we can to make farming a bit easier in Rohilagad. It’s a practical setup for practical people. We just keep moving forward one day at a time, hoping the seasons are kind to us. We keep some spare parts in the corner just in case. It's better than driving all the way into town every time a bolt goes missing.
