Mangalmorya Agro Producer Company Limited

Our office is right near Balaji Hospital in Chincholi K. We are at House No 55/231. It’s a pretty easy place to find if you’re in the Tq.Ausa area. Mangalmorya Agro Producer is a small operation. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who know the agro business. The building is simple and we keep it that way. We spend most of our time dealing with the local harvest. Sometimes the dust from the road gets inside and we have to sweep it out every morning. It’s just part of being in Chincholi K. We don't use a lot of business talk. We just say what needs to be said and get the work done. When the farmers bring their produce by, we help them unload and get everything sorted. There’s usually a bit of a wait, so we have some benches outside. It's not a luxury place, but it's ours. We handle the paperwork at a small desk near the window. The light is good there in the mornings. We don't have a big corporate strategy. We just try to keep the business moving and the trucks on the road. Most of us live just a few minutes away, so we are always around if someone needs something. It’s a steady job and it keeps us connected to the village. We like to see the trucks full when they leave for the market.
