Mandgaon Shetkari Producer Company Limited

We started this group, Mandgaon Shetkari Producer Company Limited, right here at House Number 01 in Mandgaon. It is a quiet place in the Sillod tehsil of Aurangabad district. Most days, you will find us sitting around talking about the crops and what the season brings. The office is not very big, just a simple room where we keep our papers and meet the local farmers from around the 431113 area. It gets quite hot here in the summer months, but we stay busy with the work that needs doing. There is always someone dropping by to ask about seeds or how to handle their harvest. We do not have fancy furniture or a big sign out front. It is mostly just us neighbors trying to figure out the best way to move our produce. Sometimes the rain helps us and sometimes it makes things hard, but that is just how it goes in Sillod. People know where to find us because the house is well-known in Mandgaon. We spend a lot of time on our feet, out in the fields or near the storage areas. It is honest work and it keeps us occupied from morning until the sun goes down. We have been here for a while now, seeing the changes in the village and how the farming has evolved. There are no big speeches here, just the daily routine of looking after the land and making sure the paperwork for the company is kept in order.
