Mahaindrayani Farmer Producer Company Limited is run out of the place belonging to Shri Bhausaheb Hiraman in Ghonshi (Bk). We are in the Ambad subdivision of the Jalna district. It’s a bit of a mouthful to say, but we are just a local group. Being out here in Ghonshi means we are close to the farms we work with. We spend most of our time dealing with the daily grind of agriculture. There is always something that needs fixing or someone who needs a hand with their transport. We don't have a fancy office with air conditioning. It’s just a regular room where we keep our records and meet. We aren't trying to sound like a big company because we aren't. We are just farmers who realized that working together makes more sense than working separately. Sometimes we get things wrong, and the timing isn't always perfect, but we do our best to stay organized. Jalna is a busy place for farming, and we are right in the middle of it. We talk to each other about what’s growing and what the prices are looking like. It’s a lot of simple conversations and hard work. We keep the doors open for anyone in the community who needs to talk about the business. It’s honest work, and we plan to keep it that way without making things too complicated for the local growers.
