Krushiratna Agro Private Limited

You can find us out on Pandharpur Road in Natepute. It’s a busy road with a lot of trucks passing by, but we like it here in the Malshiras area. We’ve been part of the Solapur district for quite a while. At Krushiratna Agro, we mostly focus on what the local farmers need for their crops. We’re right here on the ground where the actual farming happens. Our building is simple and practical. We spend our days talking to people who come in from the surrounding villages. They tell us about their soil or the bugs they’re dealing with, and we try to help out with whatever supplies we have. Sometimes the supply chain gets slow and we have to wait for deliveries, which is frustrating, but we make do. It’s just the nature of the business. We don’t use any fancy talk or try to sell people things they don't need. We're just neighbors helping neighbors, really. The weather in Solapur can be really dry, so everyone is always worried about the next monsoon. We share that worry too. It’s a hard place to grow things sometimes, but people here are tough. The inside of our shop is filled with bags and tools and the smell of fertilizer. We keep a ledger on the desk and a pot of tea on the side. That’s how we do business. No computers for everything, just some good old-fashioned talking and writing things down.
