Krushidhara Farmer Producer Company Limited

Krushidhara is based out in Gunjalwadi, which is near Sangamner in the Ahmadnagar district. Our exact spot is at Sr. No. 025/4/13 in the Gangasrushti area. It's a decent enough place to be for a farming group like ours. We are mostly busy with the day-to-day stuff that comes with running a producer company. A bunch of us farmers got together because it’s usually easier to handle things as a group than on our own. We aren't trying to be some huge corporation with lots of rules. We just want to make sure our produce gets where it needs to go and that we have the supplies we need for the next season. The office is pretty basic, just a room with some old chairs and tables where we can talk. We spend a lot of time discussing the rains and what crops are looking good this year. Sangamner is the closest big town, so we go there often for supplies or to meet people. Gunjalwadi is home for us. There is always something that needs fixing or a problem that needs solving on the farm. We keep it honest and just do the work as it comes. It’s not always pretty, and we definitely get our hands dirty every single day. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit confusing, but we figure it out eventually. We are just a group of locals trying to make the farm life work better.
