Kendriya Vidyalaya

Kendriya Vidyalaya in Solapur is located in Navi Peth, right in the heart of the 413001 area. It’s a pretty standard government school setup that many people in the city are familiar with. The building has been standing for quite a while, and you can see the age in the heavy wooden doors and the stone floors. We don't have any of those fancy modern lounges or high-tech lobbies. Instead, we have rows of benches and blackboards that have been wiped clean thousands of times. The staff here comes from all over, so you hear different accents in the hallway during tea breaks. Mornings are usually a rush of parents dropping off their kids on scooters before heading to work. The Navi Peth area gets quite busy, so there is always a bit of background noise from the street. During the exam season, the whole place goes quiet, and you can feel the tension in the air. Other times, it is just a lot of shouting on the playground and the sound of bells signaling the next period. We try to keep the garden tidy, but the Solapur sun makes it hard for the plants to stay green all year. It is a functional place where we focus on getting through the daily lessons. There are no big slogans here, just a lot of students trying to learn and teachers trying to teach them properly.
