Takali K is where we are based. It's a small place near Kalamnuri in Hingoli. Gajanan Kanbarao Maske started this to help out the farmers around here. We spend most of our days dealing with crops and figuring out how to get things to the market. It isn't always easy work, honestly. The weather in Hingoli can be tough, and sometimes the prices aren't what we hope for. We mostly work out of the house in Takalikanoba. There are a lot of families involved in this. We just try to keep things moving forward one step at a time. Nobody here is wearing fancy suits. We are usually out in the fields or sitting around a table at the house talking about seeds and equipment. It's just how we do things. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit much, but that is part of the job. We know most of the people who work with us by name. It’s more of a community thing than anything else. If you come by Takali K, you’ll see what we’re about. It’s just us trying to make a living from the land. There’s no big secret to it. We just show up every morning and see what needs doing next. It's basic work but it keeps us busy. We don't have a big office or anything like that. We just focus on the harvest and hope for the best.
