You can find us over at Vinayak Santukrao Aher’s place in Nillod. It is in the Sillod area. We started Kadsidheshwar Agro Shetkari Producer Company Limited because we needed a way to organize things better between us. It’s not some big corporation. It is mostly just us farmers from around Nillod talking about crops and trying to get things done. Vinayak let us use his space for the office part of things. It’s pretty quiet out here most of the time unless it is harvest season. Then everything gets a bit chaotic. We handle the agro side of things as best as we can. Some days are long and we spend most of the time out in the fields rather than at the desk. We are just local people. We know the land around Sillod pretty well. It’s what we do. There’s no big secret to it. We just work together and hope for the best with the rain. If you’re looking for us, just ask for the Aher house. People around here know where it is. We don't have a big sign or anything. Just the work we do every day. It feels like a lot sometimes but that's how it goes in this business. We are just glad to be working here in our own village and keeping things simple for everyone involved. It is just a lot of sweat and long hours most weeks.
