Kadam Tuppekar Farmer Producer Company Limited is based out of Tuppar-I. You can find us at Unit Rsd-I, which is where Kishor Babarao looks after things. We are just a group of local people who know how to work the land. Our office isn't much to look at, just a simple place where we keep our files and meet up to talk. Tuppar is a small area, so everyone knows where we are. We don't have a big team of executives. It is mostly just us and our neighbors trying to figure out the best way to move our produce. Farming is hard work and the margins are often thin. By forming this company, we are just trying to help each other out with the logistics. We spend a lot of time discussing the weather and the local market rates. Kishor keeps everything organized even though the paperwork can be a real pain sometimes. We don't have a receptionist or a fancy sign outside. If you drop by, you'll likely find someone working at the desk or out near the storage unit. It’s a practical setup. It’s busy and sometimes a bit disorganized, but we get the job done every day.
