Itkur Zp Agro Producer Company Limited

We operate out of Murlidhar Yashwant Adsul’s house, which is house number 605 in the village of Itkur. It’s in the Osmanabad area. We don’t have a separate office building, so we just use the space we have at the house. It’s a local agro producer company, and since we all live nearby, it’s the easiest place to meet. You’ll usually find a few of us sitting around a wooden table, going over the accounts or planning the next harvest collection. It’s not a fancy environment. There are often bags of seeds or tools in the corner. We don’t have air conditioning, just the breeze coming through the open door. Sometimes the power goes out, so we just sit outside and talk until it comes back. Our families are usually around, and there’s always tea being made. We focus on helping the local farmers get their stuff to market. It’s a lot of coordination and phone calls to transporters. We aren’t trying to be a big city firm. We just want to make sure the work gets done and everyone in the village gets a fair deal. It’s a quiet life in Itkur, but the work keeps us busy from early morning until the sun goes down. We don’t have any big signs, just the house number and people know who we are and what we're doing.
