Harigovind Farmers Producer Company Limited

Our group, Harigovind Farmers Producer Company Limited, operates out of Mandave in the Malshiras area. We share space with the Shriram Dudh Uppadarth Utpadak Sah Society, which makes it easy for folks to find us since everyone knows where the milk society is. It’s a busy spot with people coming and going all day. Being a farmer producer company means we deal with a lot of different people from all over Solapur. We aren't trying to be some huge corporation with shiny floors. Our office is practical and gets the job done. We spend a lot of time looking at accounts and talking to the members about what they need for their farms. Some days it feels like there isn't enough time to get through everything, but we manage somehow. The weather in Mandave can be tough, but the community here stays strong. We’ve had some good years and some lean ones too, but that is just the way farming goes. We don't use big words or try to impress anyone. We just focus on the work at hand. If you come by, you might find us drinking tea and discussing the latest crop yields. It’s an honest way to make a living, and we’re glad to be part of this village. There is always work to be done with the society and our own company, so we keep our heads down and stay busy. It’s a lot of effort, but we just take it one day at a time.
