Ghuge Agro Farmer Producer Company Limited

We are located at Post Laul in the Madha area of Solapur district. This is where most of us have spent our whole lives working in the fields. The company name is Ghuge Agro Farmer Producer Company Limited but around here we are just neighbors. People know our families and where we come from. Being in Madha means we deal with the weather we get and we just try to get the work done every day. It is not a big fancy office setup or anything like that. We spend most of our time out on the land or meeting at the post. Some days are long when we have a lot to handle but that is just part of the job. We decided to put this company together to see if we could manage things a bit better as a group. Solapur can be a tough place for farming when the water is low but we keep at it. Most of the people involved here are just looking to get a fair shake for what they grow. We don't have a lot of staff or people in suits. If you come by Laul you will likely find us near the main post area or out checking on someone's plot. It is simple work but it is what we know. We aren't trying to change the world or anything, just keeping the business moving and looking after our own families. It feels better working together than trying to do everything alone all the time.
