Ecoworks Agronomist Farmer Producer Company Limited is based out of Bhivarwadi in the Karmala area of Solapur. We operate from Shrihari Sopan Jadahv’s place. It is a very rural spot, and you have to drive a bit on the dirt roads to get here. We are just a group of people who know a lot about farming and decided to put our heads together. Most of our work happens out on the actual farms rather than in the office. We spend our time checking the soil and looking at how the water is running. We aren't doing this for the fame; we just want the crops in Wangi to be better. The paperwork is the hardest part for us because we'd rather be outside. Our company name sounds a bit formal, but we are just regular folks in work boots. We talk about real problems like bugs and drought. We don't have any polished speeches or mission statements. We just try to help each other out so everyone can get a decent harvest. Sometimes we meet under a tree when the office gets too hot in the afternoon. It's a simple life and the work is never finished. We just keep plugging away at it, one day at a time, trying to make the most of what we have here. We keep our coffee strong and our spirits as high as we can.
