We don't have a big staff or a receptionist. Usually, one of us is there to handle the documents and speak with the members who drop by. Latur is a big agricultural hub, so there is always a lot to do. We spend our days checking on the crops and talking to the local markets. It’s a practical way to run things without spending too much money on overhead. We try to keep our expenses low so more can go back to the people doing the work. Sometimes we have meetings in the front room to decide what to plant or how to transport the goods. It can be a bit unorganized at times, but we always figure it out.
