Bharari Sakhi Producer Company Limited

Bharari Sakhi Producer Company Limited is based in Boramani, which is down in the South Solapur area. Our main spot is at House Number 173. This is a bit different because it is a group mostly run by the women in the community here. We wanted to have our own way of managing our produce and the work we do in the fields. It started out small, just a few of us talking over tea in the afternoons, and then it turned into this company. Boramani is a good place with hard-working people, and we are proud to be part of it. The office is really just a room where we keep our books and meet to discuss what needs doing next for the group. We handle things like sorting, packing, and finding buyers who will give us a fair deal. It is a lot of responsibility, but we have learned a lot along the way. Sometimes the kids are running around while we are trying to work, but we make it work. We don't have fancy equipment, just the basics to get the job done properly. Every season brings new problems, like too much rain or not enough, but having each other makes it easier to handle those stresses. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words or corporate talk. We just want to support our families and make sure our farms stay productive. It is a simple goal we work at every day.
