Baalsai Samarth Gajanan Farmer Producer Company Limited is a long name for a simple group of people. We are located at Hanmant Ramrao Jadhav’s place in Kharabkhandgao. This is in the Mukhed taluka of Nanded district, 431715. Hanmant is one of us and he lets us use his address for the company work. We are all farmers from around Kharabkhandgao who wanted to do things together instead of alone. It is a very rural area and we don’t have much in the way of big offices or modern tech. We mostly meet up and talk about how the cotton or the soy is doing. The Mukhed area is where we have all grown up and started our farms. This company is just a way for us to pool our resources. We don't have any polished brochures or sales teams. It is just us and our tractors. Most days are spent working in the dirt and then we might spend an hour or two on company business in the evening. It’s a lot of responsibility to run a producer company but it’s the only way for us to get ahead. We focus on the practical side of farming. Nanded is a big district but Kharabkhandgao is our home. We keep it simple and honest because that’s the only way we know how to work with our neighbors and the land. There is no corporate polish here, just the daily grind of the village and our crops.
