Arthsiddhi Krushi Producer Company Limited is situated at 55 Poona Road in Bale, which is in North Solapur. We’re operating out of the premises of Shri Ramlinf N. Kalyankar. It’s a busy spot being on the Poona Road, so there’s always something happening nearby. We started this company to bring together the local farmers around Solapur and help manage our agricultural work better. Most of us have been farming for years, and we know how difficult it can be to do everything alone. By coming together in Bale, we can share tools, knowledge, and better ways to get our goods to market. The office is a practical space where we handle the day-to-day admin stuff. It’s not very big, and it’s often filled with the smell of the nearby fields. We spend a lot of time on the phone or talking to people who drop by with questions about their crops. Solapur can get very dry, so water management is something we talk about a lot. We don't have a big corporate structure here. It’s more like a group of friends and neighbors working toward the same goal. We keep things straightforward and don't make promises we can't keep. It’s just about making sure our families can keep farming this land for a long time to come. We’re proud of being from this part of Maharashtra and doing things our own way, without all the extra corporate polish. It works for us.
