Ncl Industries Ltd.

Our facility for Ncl Industries Ltd. is located out in Village Bata Mandi, which is part of the Paonta Sahib area. It’s in the Sirmour district, and we are right near where Son Pharma Ltd is. It’s a bit of a drive out here, but the surroundings are quite open compared to the city. We have a large space here because of the nature of what we do. There are usually trucks coming in and out of the gates at all hours. Being in a village setting, things feel a bit more relaxed than in a big industrial park, even though we stay very busy. The weather in Paonta can get quite hot in the summers, which makes the work a bit tougher. Most of the staff comes from the nearby villages, so everyone knows each other. We have different sections for production and storage, and it’s a lot of walking back and forth between buildings. There’s always the smell of industrial work in the air. We don't have a fancy lobby for visitors. If you come by, you’ll probably just see the security gate and the main sheds. It’s a practical setup designed for getting the job done. We’ve been in this part of Sirmour for quite some time now. It’s a steady place to work, and we just focus on making sure the day's work is finished without too much fuss. It gets quiet after the shift ends.
