Karira Farmer Producer Company Limited is a small group located in Village Karira. We operate out of Mahabir's house, which is House No 2 in Block 2. It is right there in Tehsil Mahendergarh. This is not a big corporate office with glass walls or anything. It is a home where we gather to talk about the farming business. In a village like Karira, everyone knows everyone, so it made sense to start this company to help all of us farmers get a better deal. We spend our time figuring out how to manage the crops and the equipment. Sometimes we sit out in the courtyard to discuss things when the weather is nice. It is a very local way of working. We are all neighbors and friends. The address is simple because that is where we are every day. We do not have a marketing team or a sales department. It is just Mahabir and a few others keeping track of the company books. We deal with the realities of Mahendergarh farming, like the water and the seeds.
