Pausak Agri Genetics Private Limited is located over at Plot No. 349 B in Vaishnu Colony. It's right along Sirsa Road, which is pretty convenient for people passing through. We focus a lot on the genetics side of farming, though it sounds more complicated than it is when you’re actually doing the work. The office isn't too large but it fits what we need. Most of the time, we are busy checking on samples or talking to folks about their land. The traffic on Sirsa Road can get loud sometimes, but we’re used to it. We keep things pretty simple around here. No big corporate meetings, just regular talk about crops and what grows best in this soil. Some days are longer than others, especially when the planting season is right around the corner. We spend a lot of time on our feet. Sometimes the paperwork piles up on the desk, but we get through it. It’s a local operation and we know many of the faces that come through the door. We aren't trying to be the biggest place around, just a steady one. The sun hits the front of the building in the afternoon and it gets quite warm inside. We have a few fans going to keep the air moving while we work. It’s just how it is. People know us for being reliable and actually knowing the area. We’ve been at this address for a bit now and it feels like a second home to those of us working here every day.
