It is a simple place in a simple village. We are all farmers who grew up in this part of Sirsa. There are not many people here who aren't involved in the fields one way or another. We decided to call ourselves Upright Farmer Producer Company Limited because it sounded right for what we are doing. House 390 is just a regular home where we gather to handle the business side of things. Most of the time we are out under the sun or checking on the animals. Sirsa can be a tough place to work because of the heat, but we are used to it by now. The village of Bhavdin is where our families are and where we have always stayed. We don't have a lot of fancy talk for anyone. We just do the work that needs to be done. Being part of a producer company helps us stay connected with other farmers in the area. It is not like the big offices you see in the cities. It is just a room in a house with some chairs and a lot of talk about the season. We just keep moving forward one day at a time. This is just how we live here. We don't need much else besides our land and our local group.
