Agro United Farmer Producer Company Limited

Our group is based out in Sirsa, specifically at 151 Shamshabad Patti. It’s the house of Munshi Ram’s son, which is where we manage most of our day-to-day things. Agro United Farmer Producer Company Limited is a name we picked because we wanted to show we are working together. Farming alone is getting harder every year with the costs going up. We decided it made more sense to pool our resources. We aren’t a big corporation with people in suits. We are just local farmers who know the dirt and the seasons. Mostly, we spend our time figuring out where to get better seeds or how to transport our produce without losing too much money. Some of us have small plots, others have a bit more, but the problems are usually the same for everyone. The office is usually busy in the mornings before everyone heads out to the fields. We talk about the rain, the market rates, and who needs help with their equipment. It’s a simple operation. We don’t have a website or anything like that, just a phone and some ledgers to keep track of what’s happening. It takes a lot of patience to keep this going. Every day is different, but the goal stays the same. We just want to keep farming and make sure everyone gets a fair shake for their hard work.
