We have been here for a good while now, and most people in the neighborhood know where the building is. It is a pretty simple place, nothing too fancy to look at from the outside. We focus on training teachers. The classrooms have enough benches and the fans work fine, which is important during the hot summers here in Rajasthan. You can hear the temple bells sometimes in the morning when the students are arriving. It is a nice sound to start the day with. We do not have a massive marketing budget or anything like that. People mostly find out about us because their cousins or neighbors came here before. We have a small office where we handle all the paperwork and admissions. It gets a bit crowded during the start of the session, but we manage to get everyone sorted out eventually. The staff here are mostly local folks from Sikar or nearby towns. We try to keep things organized but sometimes the schedule changes if something comes up in the town. It is just a regular college trying to help people get their degrees so they can find work in schools. We do not make big promises. We just show up, open the gates, and get to the teaching part. It is a practical place for practical people.
