Sohagibarwa Vegetables Fed Farmer Producer Company Limited is located right near the police chouk on NH-730. We are at the Pakari Chouraha area in Mahrajganj. Being right by the highway makes it easier for us to move things around, which is lucky. We focus a lot on vegetables because that is what grows well in our part of Uttar Pradesh. Most of us have been farming since we were kids and we don't know any other way to live. The name Sohagibarwa comes from our local roots. It isn't always pretty work. There is a lot of sweat and sometimes things don't go according to plan. We started this group so we wouldn't be at the mercy of every middleman who comes through Maharajganj. It took us a while to get organized because farmers are busy people. Now we have a place to meet and talk. Sometimes the office is just a spot to escape the sun for a minute. 273303 is the code for our neighborhood. We just want to grow good food and make sure the people in the village can keep their heads above water. It is a tough life but there is a lot of pride in seeing the trucks loaded up and ready to go. We are just local farmers doing the best we can every single day. Things are not always perfect, but we keep the wheels turning anyway.
