Fantasy Tadka Private Limited

We are based out of Village Chuha, which is near Rampur. It’s a quiet spot up here in the Shimla district. Our office is set up in a building owned by Gotamber. Most of our work involves managing the food side of things. We spend a lot of time thinking about flavors and how to get things to taste right. It's not like a big city kitchen. We use what we can find and keep things simple. The air is fresh up here, but the winters are tough. Sometimes the snow makes it hard to even get to the door. We don't have any fancy signs or big advertisements. People in the village know where we are. We sit around the table and figure out the day’s tasks over some hot coffee. There’s a lot of chopping, mixing, and checking on supplies. It’s noisy when the work is going on, but we like it that way. We've got a small crew and everyone does a bit of everything. One day you might be doing accounts and the next you're helping move bags of ingredients. It’s just how a small village business works. We don't try to complicate things. We just want to make sure the food we're involved with is something we'd eat ourselves. It's basic, honest work that keeps us busy from morning until the sun goes down.
