We are a group of farmers working together here in Majhgawan. You can find us at the Krishi Kendra building. It’s a busy spot in Nagod, right in the Satna area. Being part of a producer company means we handle our own crops and supplies instead of relying on middle people. Most of us have been farming this land for years, just like our parents did. It’s hard work, especially with the weather being so unpredictable lately. Sometimes it rains too much, sometimes not enough, but we keep going. Our setup here is pretty basic. We spend most of our time out in the fields or meeting at the office to talk about seeds and prices. It’s better doing this as a group because we can share the burden. When one person has a problem with their tractor or their harvest, there’s usually someone nearby to help out. We don’t have fancy equipment or a big corporate office, just a place to get the work done. If you're looking for us, we’re usually around the institute area during the day. We deal with whatever crops are in season and try to get a fair price for everyone involved. It isn't always easy, and there are days when things don't go as planned, but that's just how life is in the village. We just want to make sure the farming community here stays strong and we can keep our families fed.
